We LOVE Laura's Dance & Fitness Studio!

Laura’s Dance and Fitness has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the moment my daughter walked through the doors, she was welcomed with warmth, encouragement, and an environment that made her feel like she truly belonged.

Over time, I've watched her transform—not just as a dancer, but as a person. Her confidence has grown tremendously. She walks taller, speaks with more assurance, and carries a sense of pride in herself that she didn’t have before. That change didn’t happen overnight—it came from the consistent support, guidance, and positive energy that Laura and her team pour into every student.

The studio isn’t just a place to learn choreography—it’s a place where young people are empowered, challenged, and celebrated. Laura has created a space where dancers feel safe to express themselves, take risks, and believe in their potential.

Love the classes! There are varieties - won't get bored. Instructors are great. The space is BIG. I worked out with Laura for at least 4 years now. My sons did dance with Laura for a year! I can't believe the show they put on - loved the hip hop style. There are also Master classes several times a year. If class setting is not for you, Laura has privates. Totally reasonable and she can target, vary, help you work through gently any injuries if there is any... or bring you up to class speed if that's what you want. The studio APP signs up for and payment for classes eAsy Piecey. The rates are great from monthly, 10 class passes or just singles (for those who are just visiting). Get ready to sweat ! With good exercise like this, eating well and resting, am sure you can achieve your goals.

We love Laura's Dance and Fitness! My 5 year old daughter is currently taking her first full year of tap and ballet class. She's so excited to go to class each week! Laura is a great teacher, she's patient and fun and is now preparing the girls for their recital this spring, super cute!

The studio also offers mini camps during school breaks that both of my daughters love. We look forward to these camps each break.

Laura also offers many fitness classes. My personal favorite is her Zumba classes, they are high energy, so fun, a fantastic workout!

My daughter started dance at Laura's Dance Studio when she was two years old. She will be 4 next month and loves the dance class with Ms. Laura every Saturday morning. I highly recommend this studio for all children looking to take up dance. Ms. Laura and her staff are very welcoming, patient and wonderful with the kids. I have been going to Laura's dance studio for over a year! It was the first place I felt comfortable going after my move to Long Island. The instructors are great and welcoming! I LOVE it!

I highly recommend Laura's Dance and Fitness Studio! I have been taking Zumba and other exercise classes there since the studio opened. They are tons of fun and Laura creates an atmosphere where everyone of all levels can feel comfortable working out. The studio is extremely clean and everyone is very welcoming.

This is my daughter's 2nd year attending Laura's dance and fitness studio. My daughter loves her weekly dance classes, and attending school break and summer camp activities. We even hosted her birthday party there! The studio is large and very clean with enough seating for parents to stay and watch their children on a tv monitor if they choose. Each year, Laura tries to accommodate families by reaching out to parents for suggestions concerning dance class choices and time preferences before creating the summer and fall schedules. If you are looking for a place that has a hometown feel with many dance and fitness choices this is the place for you and/or your child. I highly recommend Laura's dance and fitness studio!

So thankful I found this studio! The Zumba class is challenging and fun. I cant wait to enroll my daughter in classes once she is old enough. Everyone at the studio is so welcoming and make you feel included as soon as you walk in.

If you are looking for a fun place to get fit then Lauras Dance & Fitness is the place for you! I am not easily motivated when it comes to exercise, but I enjoy Zumba. And Zumba is the reason I found Lauras Dance & Fitness. However the other classes that are offered here are just as much fun! And the atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive. I am able to do things that I never thought I could do thanks to Piloxing, Tabata and HIIT. Add to that the fun events (such as the Turkey Burn) and the challenges and now I have realized that Ive found my fitness place!!

Lauras Dance and Fitness studio is the place to be!! The fitness classes are all great but I especially love my favorites, Zumba and Piloxing...a new recent favorite is their HIT class. The staff and other members of the studio are amazing people to be around, were like one big family! They also offer fun masterclasses like Thanksgiving Turkey Burn (Zumba class) and Galentines Day butt and gutt!! Check this place out and ohh wait...they also have comfy, good quality apparel not to mention the amazing hair accessory wall for kids (adults can wear them too )

I have been coming to fitness classes for over 5 years and it has become part of my daily routine. There are a variety of classes to choose from at every level of fitness. It is alway fun, the studio is immaculate and everyone is friendly, they have become my "Fitness family". Everyone supports and motivates each other, you get the attention that you would never get from a regular gym.

Love this place! The The variety of classes are amazing. You can take a zumba class, a strength training class and so much more! The studio is clean and inviting. Laura and Molly are the best instructors, always encouraging and motivating you to do your best.

I have been coming to the fitness classes here for about a year. The the building, bathroom and equipment are clean and maintained. Usually, my job doesnt allow me to make it to fitness classes because I work outside of business hours but there are a variety of classes offered both morning and night to fit any schedule. The other class attendees range in age and abilites meaning there is absolutely no gym-timidation! I have taken classes with multiple instructors and they are all amazing! They really get you moving and pushing yourself while also providing modificated exercises where needed! I really recommend LDFS fitness classes to anyone of any age or fitness level!

I have the pleasure of being a part of Laura's Fitness Studio. I have been a member for a year and I have found what I have been missing to feel good about myself. Her Zumba classes are what made me want to start going and when I finally decided to take a class, it was better than I had ever expected. Laura truly is a motivator when she is teaching her fitness classes. She pushes you to do better because she knows you can and believes in you. Her dedication is something I admire.

I also send my 4 year old daughter to her dance classes. She has been a part of the studio since she was 2 and a half years old. Laura helps to shape not only her dance but has the patience and the tools to keep the attention of a toddler. My daughter looks forward to dance each week.

Laura's Summer Camp are fantastic. Laura and Maria create such a fun environment with themes for each week and crafts each day. My daughter looks forward to each day she attends. When the summer is over I get told "I can't wait for camp next year mommy."

I started 5 years ago at Lauras dance and fitness studio. The studio is extremely clean, the instructors are welcoming and very motivating. There are a diversity of classes to take for all different skill levels. I recommend this to anyone whose looking for a fun and challenging workout.

I have been going to Lauras for over a year now. The classes are fun. Zumba Tabata and HIIT are my favorites. Good music. Supportive Encouraging and Knowledgeable instructors. And I made some Fabulous Fitness Friends. I highly recommend.
Also, my daughter has been dancing at Lauras for 4 years. She loves it so much shes convinced many of her friends to joins as well. We had 2 of her birthday parities there and she loves the various camps. I appreciate the camp time and day flexibility.

I had been looking for a "just right" dance studio for my daughter and we have found it at Laura's! I like that she has the girls moving, stretching, and doing things like planks and sit ups that will be good for their bodies. Traditional dance classes can be a lot of standing around but my daughter has learned some great moves and she is getting a great foundation for coordination and dance. Clean very professional studio and well run by Maria. Would like some more positive feedback to come the students' way but that will hopefully come with time.

Best Zumba Class Ever!
Just signed up for an unlimited amount of classes with Lauras Dance & Fitness Studio.. Have to say Laura the owner and instructor gives one of the BEST Zumba and boot camp classes I have taken. Her PIYO Strength training class makes you walk away with visions of that perfect body.
Studio is sooo clean ! 5 Stars !!!!! Lots of Luck !

I have searched for a "good fit" dance studio for my daughters in the Huntington area and Laura is just right! I love that she spends a lot of time stretching with the kids and keeps them moving (at young ages, dance can potentially be a lot of standing around and posing). Although she does do a recital, it is not the entire focus of the year and the kids have fun and learn and get a good workout!

I have been taking fitness classes with Laura for about 3 years and couldn't imagine my life without her! The new studio is beautiful with plenty of room. The classes are challenging but modifications are always given if you are starting out. You are encouraged to go at
your own pace. This is a friendly place where you can get into shape without being judged. Great friendly staff!!

Beautiful studio - for ye diva or for those hyper kids that need a little movement. Laura is amazing!
